Providing entrepreneur interns with practical work and learning experience related to their desire, expertise, field of study or interest. The internship provides qualified entrepreneurs the opportunity to explore Digital Marketing and to learn basic hands-on media skills with us.
Internship requirements
This internship is practical, requiring engagement and participation to complete tasks and projects. The entrepreneur intern is expected to be:

Remember we are a business and have needs, we DO require the right attitude, demonstrate a progressive learning behaviour and standard.
As part of our internship, after three months following further 1-2-1 assessment, we would provide access to the first part of our digital marketing training worth £2100 (approx. $2300) whilst on work experience. The programme is opened one section at a time, with regular follow up from us to ensure an enjoyable learning experience.
No experience is required; however, it would be advantageous if one is:
- Fluent in both reading and writing English
- Basic Graphic designer skills
- Desire to learn presenting and interviewing
- Basic filming with a camera & mobile phone
- Basic editing video skills
English writers
We are looking for those with confidence in reading and writing the English language to explain and express humour. Preferably those with a broad understanding of literatures.
Graphic designers
Create visual concepts, using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. Standard of professional work for advertisements, brochures, book cover, and reports. Carryout further research to improve skills.
Presenter and interviewer
Confident in becoming comfortable in front of the camera, well presented, and spoken. A natural semi chatter box or one who could hold a focused intelligent conversation. Ability to research to gather up-to-date facts. Be informative whilst building personal confidence. Do personal research to develop skills.
Media person
This is hands-on to operate camera, mobile devices, and lighting, to film, ensuring professionalism. Do personal research to develop further skills.
Video editor
Person to use editing software, show progression with the end results. Preferably work from their own home and communicate regularly online. Carry out personal research to gain further knowledge and develop skills.
Those claiming to possess any full skills must prove it in a month of internship for proper assessment.

Internship Terms and Conditions
- We have work placements or work experience positions for entrepreneurial minded individuals. This is NOT a paid work but to help you gain experience.
- One Must be above school leaving age upwards to 60 of age.
- As interns you are NOT in a contract ‘of’ or ‘for’ work of any kind. Where the word ‘work’ is used, it does NOT refer for any rendered service. Rather, the word ‘work’ is used to refer action to gain experience, improve skills for both, the person, and business mutual benefit.
- Part of wanting to gain experience requires regular dedicated time to demonstrate self-discipline, both in learning and behaviour. These terms are NOT to be mistaken for employment status. THIS IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.
- This IS an UNPAID internship program for 5 months or less ending 31st Dec 2022. Those completing at least 4 months would be rewarded with a certificate.
- With the Internship program you would be given access to a Digital Marketing training as you work to gain various experience. You are expected to commit an average of 4 months to allow us to properly assess your skills and experience, and to reward you with a certificate.
- This internship operates on a win-win basis, meaning should a person leaves for whatever reason, and have spent time on the project before completion at least 75% of project. Should the project prove to be a success, we would seek to reward their effort as per all the terms and conditions are met.
- Interns are to work discreetly and not to reveal any aspect of the project, constitute non-disclosure agreement, until the project is marketed and is in the public eye.
- Under no condition should the interns collaborate with others who are not involved on the same Project, constitute a non-disclosure agreement.
- Keep in regular contact with the person assigned to receive the intern feedback and report.
- With the win-win principle also with the leaving notice and exit interview with all other terms and conditions. The interns would receive 0.0005 percent of the profit paid at the end of the following financial year, revenue to a maximum amount of $5000 Bonus commission payable upon the successful delivery of the project.
- We expect best behaviour and manners demonstrated and practice. Should a person wish to leave by informing us and accept the exit interview to receive our final views on performance and contribution. These would be retained as a witness for future reference to the Bonus commission being paid with the signed dates being absolute.
- Proceeding a double breach of the internship Terms and conditions, if the person leaving fail to give notice and fail attend an exit interview in favour for their future gain, they would NOT be entitled to any bonus commission based on their previous work, this term is NO negotiable and absolute.
- The intern would receive zero percentage if the project is made obsolete for any market reason or in the event the project is taken up again with over 75% of the project is redesigned, changed, and improved.
- Upon successful completion of the project, as released and marketed over the proceeding years, would receive 0.001 percent bonus commission up to the maximum amount totalling $25,000 in relation only to the specific project and assignment as delivered.
- These terms and conditions are applicable starting in the year 2022. These bonus commission would NOT apply to any new entrants thereafter, unless otherwise as would be stated in other specific terms and conditions.
